Clovis Community College offers state-of-the-art facilities with a dynamic campus culture that embraces the diversity and individualism of our student population.

CAMPUS TODAY

Clovis Community College is on a 110-acre site at Willow and International Avenues in Fresno across the street from Clovis North High School. The college is composed of four permanent buildings and one temporary structure totaling 180,000 gross square feet. The new Applied Tech Building (AC3) currently under construction will open in Fall 2024 and will add 68,000 square feet of classroom, lab, office and meeting space.

CCC VISION 2035

The CCC Vision 2035 present an overall picture of the future developed campus and is informed by the College's Mission, Vision, Values, the analysis of existing conditions and discussions with the campus community. This final plan includes recommendations for new construction, building reconstruction/replacement and site development projects.

DEVELOPMENT APPROACH

Districtwide Facilities Guiding Principles were used to inform the facilities planning discussions and serve as the design drivers for the long-term vision. Unique strategies were applied at each college as described below.
